Closes every sequence that is still running, whether the sequence is enrolled or in the middle of their sequence, alongside cancelling all of the planned emails for them.

They are recorded as manually closed, not as replies, opt-outs or completions, so this won't affect any numbers or the self-learning algorithm. This is a good way to get rid of any testing emails, or forcefully stop sending emails if something isn't working right.
